They definitely have those 'offres de remboursement' (ODR) for phones. You usually have to send in some documents after you buy it to get the money back later. Had to do it for my Samsung last year.

Yeah, it's usually an ODR. Sometimes there's an instant discount too, but for the bigger amounts on phones, it's almost always a rebate you claim later.

Mine was a bit longer, maybe a week total for the box to arrive and for the tech to come and do the install for fiber. It really depends on technician availability sometimes.
